After suffering through the Santa Rosa Shuffle--lots of no shows, refusals because it wasn’t worth their time, or in the case of one clown from Sebastopol, ridiculously overbid at $2K--we finally gave Northbay a call and are so glad we did. Edgar showed up on time, inspected the job without charge, gave a competitive bid, then actually showed up later that day *as promised* and knocked the work out in under an hour. And because the job ended up taking far less time then he thought, he went ahead and lowered the bill. I can’t recommend Northbay Comfort enough.
