We had a simple enough job of rewrapping two ducts and reconnecting another and struggled to find anyone local to actually Do The Job. After suffering through the Santa Rosa Shuffle--lots of no shows, refusals because it wasn’t worth their time, or in the case of one clown from Sebastopol, ridiculously overbid at $2K--we finally gave Northbay a call and are so glad we did. Edgar showed up on time, inspected the job without charge, gave a competitive bid, then actually showed up later that day *as promised* and knocked the work out in under an hour. And because the job ended up taking far less time then he thought, he went ahead and lowered the bill. I can’t recommend Northbay Comfort enough. If you’re in Sonoma Valley and looking for someone competent to service your HVAC system, who does what they say they’re gonna do, and who isn’t going to try and rip you off, this is the company.
